Three meals a day

A little of you favourite food, no matter what

Be moderate and balanced in eating habits

Foods that hunger suppressors like:

Whole grain/rice/pasta/cereal pulses

All fruits and vegetables

Lean meats/fish and low fat foods

Low fat dairy products. Check labels

Eat 5 portions of fruit/vegetables every day

Grill food rather than frying

Steam rather than boiling

Opt for low salt/fat/sugar snacks

Drink lots of water
